On November 14, 2025, around 30 founders, innovators, and HR leaders gathered at Tea & Jam: AI for All – Building Inclusive Workplaces in the Age of Intelligence, a community event co-hosted by JDI Group and General Assembly Singapore. The afternoon brought together forward-thinking professionals eager to explore a question at the heart of today’s transformation: How can we build AI-powered workplaces that still keep humans at the center? From thought-provoking fireside chats to dynamic roundtable discussions, the session proved that inclusivity and intelligence are not opposing forces — they’re the foundation for the next era of collaboration. The session opened with a compelling exchange between Mr. Neelesh Bhatia and Ms. Xin Yi Yap, exploring what it truly means to keep humans at the center of the AI era. During the fireside chat, Neelesh offered a powerful reminder: what makes us human is our ability to thrive amid chaos — because some of the greatest ideas are born from it. Xin Yi, who moderated the conversation, reinforced this with an important truth: the best workplaces are those where people feel safe to speak their minds. As AI accelerates, the goal isn’t to replace human thinking but to amplify it. And that demands even greater courage — to speak honestly, to challenge ideas, to imagine boldly, and to shape the things that AI cannot. In the end, the conversation delivered a clear takeaway: even as technology advances rapidly, it is people who continue to drive innovation forward. With tea and small bites, discussions carried on — touching not only on tech but also trust, inclusion, and leading teams through ongoing change. (Photo: JDI) It felt like the kind of real connection we always hope to spark at Tea & Jam — curious minds coming together around a shared sense of community. The initiative mirrors JDI and General Assembly’s belief that knowledge expands through open exchange and that collaboration often fuels innovation far more quickly than working alone. Tea & Jam: AI for All wasn’t just about discussing the future of work — it was about shaping it. The event reminded everyone that while AI brings intelligence, humans bring intention. JDI Group extends heartfelt thanks to General Assembly Singapore, all speakers, facilitators, and participants for making the session an inspiring and inclusive gathering of minds. Stay tuned for upcoming Tea & Jam sessions as we continue exploring how innovation, community, and collaboration can redefine the way we build and work — one conversation (and one cup of tea) at a time.Great Moments at Tea & Jam: AI For All
