Corporate & Investments
Mr. Frank Lee, founder of Jumpstart Disruptive Innovations (JDI), brings over 15 years of experience in technology and innovation, venture capital investments, and startup mentorship and advisory.
With a well-established network and deep expertise in Southeast Asia’s technology startup ecosystem, he has been a Partner at TNF Ventures since 2012, contributing to a portfolio of 20 companies, many of which have successfully secured Series A/B funding or achieved exits.

With 11+ years of experience mentoring, building, and scaling tech startups across Southeast Asia, Mr. Hussein Sulaiman currently serves as the Investment Principal for JDI Group, where he is dedicated to empowering the region’s innovative entrepreneurs to thrive.
Previously, he was a pioneer team member of notable startups such as BeMyGuest, Lazada, and Zilingo, and spearheaded cross-border startup initiatives as Program Head of BLOCK71 Indonesia and Vietnam.
Investment Associate
Ventures & Investments
Tommy is an Investment Associate at JDI, bringing 4+ years of experience in mentoring, portfolio support, & investment analysis to startups, actively working with SEA VCs to empower the region’s founders in achieving impactful growth.
Prior to this, he served as Co-Founder & COO of GOVO Vietnam, contributed to the development of the startup’s business model, managed external stakeholders, & delivered on both its short-term milestones & long-term strategic goals.
