Under the strategic guidance of the Vietnamese government towards becoming a ‘smart nation’, local educational institutions are vigorously pursuing digitalization by seamlessly integrating innovative tech-driven solutions.
Coupled with the high demand for e-learning platforms among Vietnamese learners since COVID-19, there is a significant opportunity for Singaporean tech companies in the EdTech sector to tap into this thriving market.
In light of these notable progressions, we are excited to announce the launch of the Vietnam Immersion Programme: EdTech (VIP: EdTech).
About VIP: EdTech
VIP: EdTech is a 5-day mission in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, organized by SGTech, in partnership with Launch JDI and EduSpaze.
The programme aims to accelerate market entry into Vietnam through 1-to-1 business matching meetings, company visits, and networking events, with key stakeholders in the local education ecosystem.

Our Vision For VIP
Vietnam’s digital economy is slated to reach US$50 billion by 2025. Through Launch JDI’s series of VIP programmes, we aim to contribute to 0.1% of Vietnam’s digital economy, or US$500,000,000 worth of opportunities by introducing, educating, and implementing the elements of digital transformation to at least 10,000 organizations.
We believe that innovative tech solutions from Singapore can enable and contribute to Vietnam’s National Digital Transformation Program, and want to increase opportunities for cross-pollination and corporate startup engagement between the Singapore and Vietnam innovation ecosystem.

The program will take the Singapore delegation to visit educational institutions in Vietnam, where they will be able to meet local key stakeholders, gain valuable market insights, and learn about client expectations.
Each delegate will have the chance to introduce their company to the educational institute board of directors, establishing a strong first impression for future follow-up business matching activities.
1-to-1 Business Matching Meetings
Singaporean companies with innovative technologies and commercially viable solutions can pitch their products directly to key stakeholders of educational institutes in Vietnam.
