A licensed recruitment and staffing services provider is an entity that has acquired the necessary licenses to operate legally in Vietnam. These licenses are crucial for ensuring the vendor upholds the right standards of professionalism and quality and complies with local employment laws and regulations.
Recruitment License
Recruitment License, also called License of Employment Service Activities, is issued by Vietnam’s Ministry of Labor to all businesses providing employment-related services, including the implementation of job consulting, labor hiring, training, and other employment projects.
Staffing License
Staffing License, also called License of Labour Subleasing Activities, is issued by Vietnam’s People Committee (of the province where the company is located) to all businesses providing labor subleasing-related services.
